Servicenow Architect

Title: ServiceNow Architect (SecOps)
Location: Washington, DC (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & implement ServiceNow SecOps solutions (SIR & VR modules)
• Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
• Integrate ServiceNow with tools like Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Splunk, CrowdStrike
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate security requirements into technical solutions
• Support API integrations, automation, and vulnerability remediation
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Create technical documentation and provide user training

Required Skills:

• 5–7+ years of ServiceNow development & architecture experience
• Strong expertise in Security Incident Response (SIR) & Vulnerability Response (VR)
• Hands-on with JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience integrating security tools with ServiceNow SecOps
• Knowledge of ITIL and security incident workflows
• Strong communication & client-facing skills
