Summary

Position Overview

The Marketing Director is responsible for enterprise-wide brand stewardship, marketing execution, and strategic marketing support across all of our client''s verticals. This role owns the development, protection, and evolution of our clients’ brand identity and market positioning.

Scope of Responsibility

  • All enterprise marketing collateral
  • Brand standards, logo governance, typography, and visual identity
  • Trade show strategy and execution
  • RFP creative participation and proposal formatting
  • Media vendor relationships
  • Client meeting setup and execution support
  • Marketing library of equipment spec sheets
  • Digital content oversight and visual asset library management

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Brand Governance

  • Maintain and enforce brand standards across all verticals
  • Approve external-facing materials prior to release
  • Ensure consistency of logos, color palette, and messaging

Marketing Collateral Development

  • Develop and maintain decks, brochures, one-pagers, case studies, and spec sheets
  • Maintain version control and centralized access

RFP & Proposal Support

  • Develop branded layouts and visual storytelling components
  • Support BD and Solutions teams with formatting and graphics

Trade Show Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate with leadership to select events aligned with vertical goals
  • Manage booth logistics and branded materials
  • Coordinate attendees and post-show reporting

Vendor & Media Management

  • Manage marketing vendors and negotiate pricing
  • Ensure vendor performance accountability

Client Meeting Support

  • Support agenda development and presentation refinement
  • Coordinate catering and branded materials

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years in marketing leadership (minimum)
  • Experience managing enterprise brand standards
  • Strong RFP support background
  • Trade show planning experience
  • Executive-level communication skills

  • Consistent enterprise brand presentation
  • High-quality and timely RFP support
  • Professional trade show execution
  • Organized and current marketing asset library
