About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role

Salesforce runs on Salesforce - and this role sits at the heart of that. As a Product Manager on the DET Revenue team, you'll help build and evolve the internal Quote-to-Cash platform that powers Salesforce's own business at scale. This is a high-impact opportunity to work at the intersection of technology modernization and strategic growth, contributing directly to Salesforce's path to $60B and beyond by 2030. You'll collaborate with talented cross-functional teams, leverage cutting-edge AI capabilities, and deliver solutions that matter globally.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate goals and requirements into a clear product vision, roadmap, wireframes, and demos.
  • Analyze gaps between current and future state, prioritize features based on strategic goals, user feedback, and business impact.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer in feature grooming and sprint planning, ensuring the engineering team delivers on business expectations.
  • Own and maintain a continuous feedback loop with end users, gathering insights to drive ongoing product improvements.
  • Conduct user research to surface emerging trends, pain points, and opportunities across the Quote-to-Cash landscape.
  • Lead functional testing, E2E, and UAT efforts to validate that deliverables meet quality standards and user needs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders outside of technology - including end customers, change management, and legal - and guide the team through key milestones.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management or related industry experience.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and Quote-to-Cash business processes.
  • Familiarity with Generative / Agentic AI and tools such as NotebookLM, Gemini, or Cursor.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, design, and vision.
  • Experience defining product requirements and translating them into actionable product solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Implementation experience with Salesforce CPQ or another industry-leading CPQ solution.
  • Completed Agentblazer Innovator Trailhead modules.
  • Experience completing a full product lifecycle - from integrating customer feedback through prioritization, launch, and post-launch iteration.
  • Salesforce Admin, Salesforce CPQ, or Agentforce Specialist certification(s).
  • Working knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA or AHA.
  • Working knowledge of design and diagramming tools such as Pendo, Lucid, or Miro.
  • A related technical degree required

Why Join?

You'll join a team that's building the infrastructure behind Salesforce's own growth - work that's strategic, visible, and technically ambitious. You'll have access to mentorship, resources, and a culture that values learning and diverse perspectives. Your contributions will influence how Salesforce operates at a global scale, and you'll have the opportunity to be at the forefront of AI-driven innovation in enterprise software.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future - but to redefine what's possible - for yourself, for AI, and the world.
