THE WORK:

  • You'll serve as primary technical liaison for MEPF systems.
  • You'll manage MEPF design scope and ensure alignment with operational requirements.
  • You'll lead procurement and technical evaluation of consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • You'll oversee installation, testing, startup, and commissioning activities.
  • You'll develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • You'll coordinate with stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions.
  • You'll identify and resolve technical, constructability, and integration challenges.
  • You'll conduct field investigations and infrastructure assessments.
  • You'll maintain documentation for design criteria, submittals, testing, and commissioning records.
  • You'll review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and technical change proposals.
  • You'll have oversight responsibilities that include:
    • Mechanical and electrical codes
    • Fire and life safety systems
    • Energy and sustainability standards
    • Airport operational requirements
    • Coordinating system shutdowns, tie-ins, and phasing plans
    • Evaluating contractor performance and approve pay applications
    • Preparing technical progress and readiness reports
  • You'll have closeout responsibilities that include:
    • As-built documentation
    • O&M manuals
    • Training coordination
    • Warranty tracking
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.May be required to work various shifts, including day, swing, and night.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required
  • >
  • 10 years or more experience managing MEP systems design and construction
  • >
  • Experience with projects more than $40 million in value
  • >
  • Experience with Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, Design-Build
  • >
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • HVAC systems

    • Plumbing and utilities

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, or Washington as set forth below.
