THE WORK:- You'll serve as the primary liaison and owner/airport representative, leading and managing the project.
- You'll define, develop, and control project scope to meet goals and objectives.
- You'll develop the GMP and oversee procurement of trade contractors.
- You'll manage overall project delivery to ensure completion on schedule and within or under budget.
- You'll establish program goals, understand contract terms, and align with owner and airport policies.
- You'll direct all technical, financial, and administrative aspects of the project.
- You'll collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets, schedules, and project plans.
- You'll oversee design management, including reviews, issue resolution, compliance, and coordination throughout all phases.
- You'll lead permitting efforts and proactively resolve construction challenges and inefficiencies.
- You'll monitor construction progress, ensure quality and safety standards, and verify compliance with plans and specifications.
- You'll track risks, review changes and pay applications, and ensure proper documentation and cost control.
- You'll communicate progress through reports, lead coordination meetings, and address potential delays or overruns.
- You'll manage project closeout, ensuring all documentation is complete and the project is finalized efficiently client relationships.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.May be required to work various shifts, including day, swing, and night.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required
>- 10 years or more experience
>- Experience with projects more than $40 million in value
>- Experience with Design-Build Delivery and specifically Progressive Design-Build
>- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:- Optional certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc. or any other relevant professional license or certifications
- DBIA certification strongly preferred
$156,000 - $171,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, or Washington as set forth below.
