Qualifications

Required

• 10 15+ years of experience leading large-scale data, analytics, or digital transformation programs in complex enterprises.
• Proven success managing multi-project portfolios with shared dependencies and executive visibility.
• Strong understanding of:

o Enterprise data platforms and architectures

o Data governance and operating models

o Analytics, AI/ML activation, and value tracking

• Exceptional executive communication and influence skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across Business, IT, Security, Legal, and external partners.

Preferred

• Experience in retail, wholesale, consumer, or luxury ecosystems.
• Exposure to modern cloud data platforms and governance stacks.
• Background in enterprise operating model transformation.
• Certifications: PgMP, PMP, SAFe LPM, Prosci, or equivalent.
