Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of D365 F&O SCM modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering end-to-end ERP implementations and working with global supply chain operations across multi-entity environments.

The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to design scalable supply chain solutions while ensuring successful project delivery from requirements gathering through post-production support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements through stakeholder workshops.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-fit D365 SCM solutions.
  • Configure Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Production Control, and Product Information Management modules.
  • Configure Purchase Orders, Inventory Journals, Production Orders, and Warehouse processes.
  • Lead master data and transactional data migration using Data Management Framework (DMF).
  • Configure integrations with external systems including 3PL providers and shipping carriers.
  • Support procure-to-pay, inventory valuation, and financial integration.
  • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and solution design documents.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers for customizations and integrations.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Participate in client meetings, demos, and solution presentations.

Required Experience

  • 8–10 years of ERP/Supply Chain consulting experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (SCM) or AX.
  • Experience delivering at least three full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations.
  • Strong experience with multi-site and multi-warehouse environments.
  • Experience working with USA and India business operations.
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor''''s or Master''''s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Microsoft Certifications preferred:
    • MB-330 – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
    • MB-300 – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance & Operations
