Role Summary

We are seeking a senior-level Technical Specialist with deep expertise in networking infrastructure and Cisco Webex solutions, particularly Webex Boards, AV integration, and enterprise collaboration environments. The candidate will act as a technical SME, driving architecture, implementation, and optimization of Webex-enabled environments across large-scale systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis of existing network and Webex infrastructure
• Gather and define business, functional, and technical requirements
• Design end-to-end architecture (network, AV, security, Webex ecosystem)
• Implement, configure, and integrate Cisco Webex (Boards, Room Kits, Calling, Meetings)
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments
• Develop data/process models, prototypes, and architecture designs
• Lead COTS product integration with enterprise systems
• Provide L3 support and transition knowledge to operations teams
• Create technical documentation, training materials, and SOPs
• Perform architecture reviews and quality assurance for large-scale deployments
• Collaborate with architects, PMs, and executive stakeholders
• Act as bridge between business and technical teams

• Enterprise Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Routing/Switching)
• Cisco Webex Suite (Webex Meetings, Calling, Webex Boards)
• Audio Visual (AV) Integration with networks
• Unified Communications (UC) & Voice systems
• Firewalls & Network Security
• WPA2 / Wi-Fi infrastructure
• Experience with:
• Large-scale IT infrastructure implementations
• COTS and custom integrations
• Distributed/N-tier architecture
• Video conferencing ecosystems
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
