SAP FICO Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional SAP FICO Systems Analyst to support and enhance enterprise finance systems and processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise across SAP FICO modules combined with hands-on technical experience in configuration, integrations, and data management. This role will partner closely with Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver scalable and reliable SAP solutions supporting end-to-end financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a techno-functional subject matter expert across SAP FICO modules
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to design, support, and optimize financial processes
• Lead and support ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Configure SAP FICO modules to meet business needs and regulatory requirements
• Support and manage SAP integrations with third-party systems
• Oversee data integration, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with SAP FICO
  • Hands-on experience with SAP FICO configuration and support
  • ERP implementations and system integrations of SAP with third-party systems
  • SAP data integration, migration, and reconciliation

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of High Point, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
