• Lead requirement walkthroughs, design reviews, and sign-off sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Define UAT scope and acceptance criteria; support business users through UAT execution and defect triage.
• Assess business impact of Calypso version upgrades and regulatory changes across Front, Middle, and Back Office workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of business analysis experience within capital markets, treasury, or investment banking technology programs.
• Strong functional knowledge of Calypso across two or more modules: Money Market, FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or Collateral/Margining.
• Understanding of the Calypso trade lifecycle (capture, validation, workflow, settlement, accounting) and static/market data setup.
• Proven experience writing BRDs/FSDs and managing requirements through the full SDLC in an Agile or hybrid environment.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data investigation and validation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior business sponsors.
Good to Have
