Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead with strong expertise in C# and hands-on exposure to AI/ML technologies to support a Wealth Management client. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, provide technical guidance, and contribute to building scalable, high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications.
Develop and maintain applications using C# and the .NET framework.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions for Wealth Management platforms.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing and new applications where applicable.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills:
Strong experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core.
Experience in a Technical Lead or Lead Developer role.
Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and technologies.
Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud-based application development.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in the Wealth Management or Financial Services domain.
Familiarity with Azure AI, Machine Learning, or related AI platforms.
