Summary
- Own and coordinate end-to-end project execution from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and project progress.
- Coordinate activities across project teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project objectives.
- Work closely with technical teams, business analysts, QA teams, architects, and client stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Establish clear communication channels and ensure regular status reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Track project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, and escalate concerns proactively to project leadership.
- Support project governance activities including status reviews, action item tracking, change requests, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with technical leads and architects to understand project requirements, technical dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely closure of open items.
- Monitor project schedules and resource allocation, helping resolve resource constraints and schedule conflicts.
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards and are completed in accordance with client and organizational expectations.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations using standard project management tools and templates.
- Drive adherence to project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, MCA, or related discipline.
- 12 to 16 years of experience in project coordination, technical project management, or delivery management roles supporting enterprise technology projects.
- Experience managing project plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting using tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong technical understanding of SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, and other Azure services to effectively coordinate with technical teams.
- Experience working with Fixed Price and Time & Material projects and supporting project planning, tracking, and execution activities.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple project activities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and other project management tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and execution.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern data warehousing technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS.
- Understanding of data migration, ETL modernization, and cloud transformation projects.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or Azure certifications.
