A Systems Analyst will play a vital role in conducting root cause analysis, identifying underlying system and process inefficiencies, and implementing solutions that prevent recurring problems. A Systems Analyst will work cross-functionally with business units and IT teams to ensure that technology solutions align with business needs, improving collaboration and reducing miscommunication. By leveraging data analysis and system performance insights, they will help leadership make informed, strategic decisions that enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks. Additionally, hiring a Systems Analyst will lead to significant cost savings over time. Strong understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) to extract, transform, and load data, enabling businesses to use data for analysis and decision-making, extracting data from various sources, such as databases, files, and cloud services.
ITIL Certification is preferred.
Certification in Azure Data Factory (ADF) preferred.
