Daikin Applied is seeking a talented and eager
Associate Infrastructure Specialist. The Associate Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for routine administration and support of infrastructure implementations. Under direct supervision you will be involved in providing direct technical support for requirements in the planning, design, coordination, programming, and implementation of releases, upgrades, or changes to infrastructure / information systems, software, transaction monitors, and the range of products and productivity tools that support testing as well as production environments. Location: Plymouth, MN - Hybrid
What you will do: - Install, configure, and troubleshoot network, computer systems, systems security, hardware, database and software in hyperscale cloud and on-premises environment
- Provide technical assistance, manage daily tasks on infrastructure hardware and software-related issues, programming, scripting and automation
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues
- Assist in making system assessments, maintenance and building documentation
- Follow established procedures and processes for infrastructure management
- Research and recommend solutions for technical problems
- Engage and work with managed Service provider to accomplish tasks
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support, computer operations, system administration, or related area
- Experience with ITSM, identity access (Microsoft Active Directory/ Entra) and desktop system administration tools
- Proficient with MS Windows, MS O365 applications, client/desktop systems and infrastructure components
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $28.61 - $48.04 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
