Required:
Overall 8 years of experience required.
Requirements Management: 5 years of experience conducting elicitation workshops, gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating user stories and use cases, and developing BRD/FRD documentation.

SDLC Methodologies: 5 years of experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall software development methodologies.

Data & Technical Literacy: 5 years of experience with basic SQL queries, data mapping, data analysis, and system integration concepts.

Stakeholder Management: 5 years of experience in stakeholder facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.

User Enablement: 5 years of experience in technical documentation, end-user training, knowledge transfer, and Tier-2/Tier-3 application support.

UI/UX & Prototyping: 5 years of experience using Figma for wireframing/mockups, applying UI/UX design principles, and creating user journey maps.

AI & Productivity Tools: 5 years of experience using AI-assisted documentation tools, prompt engineering for requirements generation, and automated note-taking tools.

Testing & QA: 5 years of experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), designing test scripts, executing test scenarios, and tracking defects
