Summary

Location & Work Arrangement

  • City, State: Indianapolis, IN
  • Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (Monday Friday).
  • Interview Mode: Initial Phone/Teams interview followed by a mandatory In-person second round.
  • Shift: Monday Friday, EST.

Key Responsibilities

Licensing & Compliance Support

  • Review and process applications for Radon and Lead licenses, ensuring all documentation and payments are received and tracked.
  • Research and address inquiries from licensees, environmental consulting firms, and the general public.
  • Organize and digitize monitoring records while maintaining strict HIPAA confidentiality for sensitive information.

Operational Coordination

  • Monitor equipment inventory and supply levels for field staff, coordinating refurbishments or new orders with vendors to prevent project delays.
  • Track progress on EPA grant deliverables to ensure the program remains compliant with federal funding requirements.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees and contractors within the division.

Data Management & Research

  • Utilize state record-keeping systems (I-LEAD, IPLA, and MOL) to document risk assessments, audits, and inspections.
  • Oversee the electronic filing of all records submitted via fax or mail.
  • Research complex inquiries by referencing historical files, emails, and legal documents.
