Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Functional QA & Test Automation Lead to lead QA and testing activities for a large-scale SAP transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP SD/OTC functional expertise, hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, and proven experience in Panaya, test automation, regression testing, and enterprise QA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall SAP QA and testing strategy, governance, planning, and execution.
• Apply strong SAP SD/OTC functional knowledge to support end-to-end business process testing.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and volume testing activities.
• Establish risk-based testing approaches, quality gates, test standards, and governance processes.
• Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, reporting, and go-live readiness.
• Use Panaya for test execution, evidence management, defect management, and test automation.
• Assess existing SAP regression coverage and develop a reusable automated SAP regression test pack.
• Coordinate testing across SAP SD, Finance, Vistex, and integrated systems/interfaces.
• Support test data, environment, integration, and release readiness.
• Work closely with functional, technical, business, and offshore/onshore teams.
• Provide clear quality, risk, defect, and go-live readiness reporting to stakeholders.
• Support knowledge transfer and transition of QA assets to AMS/Managed Services teams.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on SAP SD/OTC expertise.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience leading SAP QA and testing for large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Panaya is required.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP SD business processes and integration with SAP Finance and other modules.
• Experience working with integrated SAP landscapes, interfaces, and enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with JIRA and Agile/Agile-hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Vistex.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE.
• Exposure to SAP FI/CO or Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
• Experience with data migration and reconciliation testing.
• Performance and volume testing experience.
• Experience building reusable enterprise regression automation assets.
• Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry.
• Experience supporting AMS/Managed Services transition.
