IT Project Manager(C2H)

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large enterprise technology initiatives through the full project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and status reporting.
• Coordinate activities across business units, technical teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Facilitate project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive communications.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Manage scope, timelines, resource allocation, and change management activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Drive issue resolution while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Promote continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery methodology.

Required Experience

• 7+ years managing enterprise IT projects.
• Experience delivering complex business application or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, Waterfall in particular
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar certification preferred.
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or industrial environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise business systems and cloud-based technologies.
• Experience managing third-party implementation partners.
