Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, excellent understanding of financial business processes, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP FI/CO solutions based on business requirements.
• Work extensively with General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Controlling (CO).
• Configure and support Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, migrations, and enhancements.
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Configure integration between FICO and MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and other SAP modules.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
• Work with technical teams on ABAP, interfaces, APIs, and integration requirements.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and provide production support.
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and provide knowledge transfer to business users.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI and CO configuration.
• Expertise in GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and CO-PA.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience with Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and S/4HANA financial processes.
• Strong understanding of integration between FICO, MM, and SD.
• Experience with SAP implementation, enhancement, migration, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting business processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
• Experience with SAP Central Finance (Central Finance/CFIN).
• Experience with SAP Group Reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP Asset Accounting and New GL.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
• Exposure to SAP BTP, APIs, and integration technologies.
• Experience working in large enterprise/global SAP transformation programs.
