Genesis10 is currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a contract position with a Large Energy Company located in Denver, CO. This is a contract opportunity through December 2026.
Compensation: $56.00 - $66.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform while partnering closely with business analysts, architects, and platform governance teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong ServiceNow development skills, experience with integrations and workflow automation, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions that align with enterprise standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions to support project requirements
- Build and maintain workflows, catalog items, record producers, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications using platform best practices
- Collaborate with architects and governance teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards
- Perform unit testing and support system integration testing and user acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement sessions
- Support deployment activities and transition completed solutions to operational support teams
- Ensure adherence to platform governance, security, and development standards
Primary Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong knowledge of:

- Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub

- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- Script Includes
- REST/SOAP Integrations
- Experience developing scoped applications and platform workflows
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills: - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, CMDB, and IntegrationHub
- Experience supporting large enterprise ServiceNow implementations
- Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance requirements
- Experience with DEX/NexThink
