 Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field

Minimum 5 years' experience as a UI/UX Designer

Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking, from research through shipped solutions

Proficiency in Figma as a primary design and prototyping tool, including component libraries, auto-layout, and collaborative workflows

Comfort integrating AI-assisted tools into design workflows (e.g., AI-generated assets, rapid prototyping, content generation, or design-to-code handoff)

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

Experience designing data-dense interfaces   dashboards, visualizations, and analytical workflows

Experience with user testing, usability studies, and design iteration

Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into simple, intuitive experiences

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to meet deadlines, balance workload, and adapt to changing priorities
