Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the Manufacturing industry, we are dedicated to creating innovative products and solutions that meet the needs of our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will be an experienced problem solver, with a deep understanding of product development and manufacturing processes. This role will involve working closely with our design and production teams to ensure the efficient and effective production of our high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Leading the design and development of innovative mechanical systems and products, utilizing your expertise in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
2. Overseeing the entire product development process, from initial concept to final production, ensuring all projects are completed within the set timelines and budget.
3. Implementing and improving manufacturing processes to optimize production efficiency, utilizing lean manufacturing principles.
4. Conducting thorough analyses of mechanical systems and products to ensure they meet all necessary requirements and standards.
5. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
6. Utilizing Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate defects and improve overall product quality.
7. Mentoring junior engineers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience with product development, manufacturing processes, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, engineering design, and machine design.
4. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
6. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire team members.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. A keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
