Location: Beaverton, OR 97005 or Remote (Must reside in OR, WA, or NV)

Overview
Talent Groups is seeking a Graphic Designer to support a global organization. The design team produces marketing and client communication materials that present complex information in clear, visually engaging formats.

This role will focus on creating client presentations, digital marketing assets, and branded collateral while maintaining strict adherence to corporate brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will work closely with marketing, sales, and business stakeholders to translate ideas into compelling visual content. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Design marketing and communication assets including client presentations, solution briefs, infographics, advertisements, email campaigns, and white papers
• Produce PowerPoint presentations, videos, and digital marketing materials aligned with established brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business teams to translate complex information into visually engaging content
• Use established templates to maintain consistency across marketing materials
• Ensure high quality deliverables through proofreading and structured review processes
• Maintain organized file structures and asset libraries for design work
• Stay current with design tools, trends, and best practices
• Provide design support for additional marketing initiatives as needed

Required Skills
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign with experience creating page layouts for print and digital materials
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Word, with experience producing client ready presentations
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience maintaining brand guidelines and visual standards
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times

Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Experience creating marketing and sales enablement materials
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work remotely while collaborating with distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with video editing or production
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification
