Job Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects in large enterprise environments
Partner closely with infrastructure, engineering, security, and operations teams to drive execution
Translate technical concepts into clear plans, milestones, and risks that stakeholders understand
Actively remove blockers, resolve dependencies, and keep teams focused on delivery not just documentation
Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and budgets across Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models
Facilitate stakeholder alignment across multiple teams, leadership levels, and vendors
Ensure projects move from planning to execution to completion with measurable outcomes
Hold teams (and yourself) accountable for progress and results

Required Experience/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in enterprise IT environments
Strong technical background in Windows infrastructure, VMware, and/or related platforms
Hands-on experience delivering projects using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies
Demonstrated ability to drive execution, not just track tasks or produce reports
Comfortable navigating complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Strong communication skills able to engage engineers, leadership, and business partners alike
Natural problem-solver who proactively identifies risks and pushes for solutions
Confidence to challenge assumptions, escalate when needed, and keep projects moving forward
