A leading SaaS fintech provider in turnkey lending is scaling its hybrid infrastructure and building the next generation of secure delivery pipelines. They're seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong security instincts and direct experience managing build artifacts across complex CI/CD systems. This is a pivotal role at the intersection of platform engineering, security, and delivery automation.
You'll design and own the artifact lifecycle-from versioning and retention to environment-specific promotion strategies. Working across AWS and on-prem systems, you'll help define how software moves from development to production in a secure, compliant, and repeatable way. This role requires someone who understands the depth of CI/CD workflows and treats artifacts not as byproducts, but as first-class citizens in a scalable release process.
If you've architected secure delivery workflows and know how to build CI/CD systems that treat artifacts as trusted assets-not afterthoughts-this is your chance to lead and shape how enterprise-grade software gets delivered. This role combines engineering depth with platform influence-and your expertise will directly impact both the trust and speed of releases across a complex hybrid infrastructure.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering roles with demonstrable experience in securing hybrid cloud environments
- Proven expertise managing artifact storage, versioning, and promotion in CI/CD pipelines across dev, staging, and production
- Hands-on experience with artifact repositories such as Artifactory, Nexus, or AWS CodeArtifact, with strong understanding of their role in secure software delivery
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience designing CI/CD workflows that tightly integrate artifact handling with pipeline controls, policy enforcement, and rollback strategies
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), including automation and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
- Familiarity with pipeline security practices, including signing, immutability, and scanning of build artifacts before release
Daily Responsibilities
- Hands-On Engineering: 65%
- Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 35%
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.
