Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced C++ Linux Developer with Scrum Master experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of software solutions for regulated medical devices. This role combines hands-on software development expertise with Agile leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality product delivery while fostering a collaborative and continuously improving development environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in C++, Linux, embedded systems, and medical device software development, along with proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and leading cross-functional Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C++ on Linux platforms.

Participate in architecture, design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.

Develop multithreaded, high-performance applications with strong emphasis on reliability and maintainability.

Debug and troubleshoot software issues across application, middleware, and Linux operating system layers.

Work closely with Systems Engineering, Quality, Verification, and Product teams to implement requirements.

Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and software development artifacts.

Ensure compliance with medical device software development processes and quality standards.

Support software verification, validation, defect analysis, and risk mitigation activities.

Scrum Master Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:

Daily Standups

Sprint Planning

Sprint Reviews

Retrospectives

Backlog Refinement

Remove impediments and enable team productivity.

Coach development teams on Scrum principles and Agile best practices.

Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain healthy and prioritized backlogs.

Monitor sprint progress and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Facilitate communication among distributed onsite and offshore teams.

Track Agile metrics and support release planning and forecasting

3+ years of Scrum Master experience.

Strong understanding of:

Scrum Framework

Agile Methodologies

Kanban

SAFe (Preferred)

Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) preferred.

Experience managing globally distributed teams.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
