The year of Fintech Transformation.

The complexity of trading, finance and compliance is requiring complete new technology to support and enhance the middle office, treasury and compliance capabilities at our hedge fund partners.

The twenty year old technology, which we helped pioneer, can not keep up with the challenges that face the leaders of finance risk and compliance.

In the Middle office its trade management, trade booking, corporate actions workflows and reference data management.

In Finance it's ERP/GL, FP&A/EPM, P&L reporting, fund accounting and investor allocation.

In compliance, it's a plethora of new regulatory requirements across all markets.

We are looking to hire technology leaders, not bureaucrats, who can own their respective platforms and have deep financial technology expertise in Investment Financial operations, middle off or global compliance programs.

We need at least 10 years of relevant experience leading Fintech teams (global experience a plus). We prefer individuals who have had software engineering/architecture expertise before assuming leadership roles.

We are not adverse to hiring teams, as developers are needed as well.
