Position: EDI Specialist

Must have Agility experience similar ERP.

Job Description

• Example responsibility of resource: Test sent to customer and customer comes back to change certain mapping, this person then partners with EDI MSP to make changes
• Ecommerce is EDI module in agility – a lot of work is getting data correct in EDI cross reference tables
• 810, 850, 856, 855 EDI transaction set (Purchase order and invoices) – coordinating with vendors they are correct.
• Experience mapping documents (nice to have) – more about time to perform testing and working with MSP and trading partner.
• This person is customer facing and can lay out the technical specs with MSP and trading partners – providing mapping, setting up configuration, data quality flows, testing
• The MSP – ERP provider DMSI – facilitate working with EDI band partner. Work with these teams to meet client ask based on how EDI is tested with client
• Focus on two major clients first – capacity to support more as time goes on. Continuous improvement workload for this resource.
• Using specifically agility is huge for here – main key here so would be super helpful but not an absolute deal breaker
• This person would be a part of the Agility support team that is currently made up of 1 manager and 2 individual contributors, they are all project focused. 
• Emphasizing experience with mapping data and cross reference relationships and communication with trade partners/MSP.
