Job Description 

HHSC is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst 3 to support the State Health Analytics Reporting Platform (SHARP). The candidate will develop dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI, analyze data, and translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions while working closely with business and technical teams. 

Key Responsibilities : 

Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI  

Translate business requirements into reporting solutions 

Perform data analysis using SQL and BI tools 

Test and validate reports and dashboards 

Collaborate with stakeholders to publish and maintain reports 

Required Skills : 

8+ years of experience in data analysis or reporting 

Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Cognos, Business Objects, or QlikView 

Strong analytical and data visualization skills 

Preferred Skills : 

Experience working with large datasets (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Snowflake) 

Experience with Informatica ETL tools 

Experience creating Tableau and Power BI dashboards
