Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-facing **Systems Engineer** to handle the deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of an enterprise **Virtual Assistant and Gateway platform** across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end **software platform and Gateway deployments**, from planning through go-live and handover.
Configure and troubleshoot **DNS, proxies, firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise connectivity**.
Manage upgrades, patches, maintenance, and production deployments.
Troubleshoot **Windows/Linux servers, networks, applications, performance, and integrations**.
Perform **root-cause analysis (RCA)** and implement preventive solutions.
Manage technical escalations, incidents, SLAs, and on-call support.
Work directly with customer IT and business teams during deployment and support.
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and deployment records.

Required Skills

**5–7 years** of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or customer-facing deployment.
Strong experience with **Windows Server and Linux**.
Networking: **TCP/IP, DNS, Proxies, Firewalls, VPNs**.
Cloud: **AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform**.
**Docker/Kubernetes** and virtualization technologies such as VMware/Hyper-V.
Scripting: **PowerShell, Bash, or Python**.
**REST APIs, LDAP/Active Directory, databases, and enterprise authentication**.
Monitoring tools such as **Elastic, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, or Dynatrace**.
ITSM tools such as **ServiceNow or Jira Service Management**.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with **UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere**, or similar automation platforms.
ITIL or cloud certifications.
Database administration experience.
Customer Success Engineering or **Technical Account Management** experience.
Experience supporting **24/7 environments and on-call operations**.
