Dell machines, so reliability, punctuality, and teamwork matter just as much as technical skill
What You'll Be Doing- Build, image, and deploy new Dell PCs for a Windows 11 rollout
- Perform Windows 10/11 imaging using Intune and PDQ
- Upgrade memory, asset-tag equipment, and prep machines for production use
- Push standard images and applications to newly built devices
- Provide desktop, printer, and phone support to onsite users
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues on the plant floor
- Work closely with other technicians and infrastructure teams during rollout
- Support end users after deployment with a customer-first, boots-on-the-ground approach
What We're Looking For- Strong experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop support
- Hands-on experience with imaging, hardware builds, and rollouts
- Comfortable working in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Experience with Active Directory
- Creating, enabling, and disabling user accounts
- Basic Outlook / Exchange email setup
- (No group policy or permissions work required)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a dependable work ethic
- Good communication skills and a respectful, professional attitude with end users

- Active Directory & Exchange (O365)
- On-prem with Azure
- Standard desktop and application support tools
Worksite Requirements- 100% onsite in Toledo, OH - no remote work
- Work is split between tech center and plant environments
- Must be comfortable wearing PPE when required
- Fire-retardant clothing, gloves, and other safety gear
TWIC card required- Candidates may start while in process but must be escorted until issued
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Oregon, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
