Summary

JD:

Design and maintain enterprise data models supporting P&C insurance business processes.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data lineage documentation.
Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Data Architects, and Engineering teams.
Create source-to-target mappings and ensure data model alignment with business requirements.
Implement data modeling standards, governance, and best practices.
Support data warehouse, data lake, lakehouse, and operational data store initiatives.
Define and optimize dimensional models for reporting and analytics.
Participate in data quality, master data management, and data governance initiatives.
Collaborate with ETL/ELT teams to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.
Assist in performance tuning and database optimization activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and insurance reporting requirements.
