HR Generalist Mid level REMOTE

Hiring! HR Generalist for a 6 month contract with our direct H/C client. Seeking local, W2 candidates.

• HR experience supporting employee relations, corrective action. Skills in HR processes, and policy interpretation.
• Experience: 3 years years of related experience
• Customer service experience, hr onboarding experience, or experience as an hr technician/analyst/generalist.
• 1-3 years HR Knowledge
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team and independently
• Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, benefits, employee relations, immigration, performance management, federal and state employment laws.,
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong acumen with systems, data, and reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written),
• Ability to work in a Fast- pace environment with changing priorities, ability to face ambiguity and rapid change., Proficient
