🚨 Hiring: Application / Solution Architect (.NET)
📍 Location: Harrisburg, PA 17120 (100% Onsite)
We are actively seeking an experienced Application / Solution Architect with deep expertise in enterprise .NET and SQL Server application architecture and modernization projects.
Required Skills:
✅ Enterprise Application/Solution Architecture on complex .NET & SQL Server projects
✅ Expert in C#, Core, Entity Framework Core, Web API, and modern .NET development practices (Clean Architecture, Minimal APIs, Dependency Injection, Async/Await)
✅ Advanced SQL Server expertise including T-SQL optimization, execution plans, indexing, Row-Level Security (RLS), Dynamic Data Masking (DDM), and Always On Availability Groups
✅ Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot for enterprise .NET/C# development and team enablement
✅ Experience migrating data from legacy systems to modern application data models
✅ Strong knowledge of Secure SDLC, Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identities, API Security, and Enterprise Governance
✅ Experience working in Public Sector, Utilities, or other regulated industries with compliance and accessibility requirements
✅ Familiarity with Legacy Modernization, IBM FileNet/BAW
✅ Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (or equivalent) is highly preferred
✅ Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
