Summary
Job Title: Sr. PeopleSoft Project Manager (RPA & CAI/Automation)
Location: California
Duration: 6+ months Contract
Schedule: 100% Remote
Job Description:
- Candidates must have hands-on RPA & CAI implementation and/or automation experience
- PeopleSoft upgrade experience is a strong plus
- Must have a pure Project Manager title (no dual roles like PM/Program Manager)
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager (end-to-end ownership)
- Strong experience managing complex, high-visibility projects
- Experience with PeopleSoft modules (WFA, ePerformance, Benefits, Payroll, GL, Absence Management, etc.)
- Experience with SDLC projects
- Bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience)
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience in higher education is a plus
Core Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects based on complexity
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans
- Drive projects from initiation through delivery
- Lead project teams, run meetings/sprints, and ensure accountability
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership
- Identify risks, escalate issues, and plan contingencies
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Oversee large-scale, cross-functional or multi-institutional projects
