Job Details:
We are currently seeking a highly-experienced Marketing Manager to join our firm. This is a permanent position and offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, marketing, and project management. With a minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the legal industry, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating with various teams, and driving the overall success of our marketing endeavors. This is an old school type of marketing role and requires a lot of in person event experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at promoting the company's brand, services, and reputation.
  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing events that enhance the company's visibility and client engagement.
  • Oversee all web-based marketing activities including website management
  • Lead project management efforts for marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet set objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align company messages, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
  • Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and legal standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the legal industry.
  • Proven experience in event planning, web marketing, and project management.
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
  • Proficient in various marketing software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the legal industry and its regulations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
