UX Architect

JD:
- Experience designing multi-channel digital experiences (web, mobile, conversational AI) across authenticated and unauthenticated user journeys
- Ability to define experience architecture (journey flows, channel strategy, interaction models) aligned to backend systems and APIs
- Strong understanding of API-driven UI patterns (BFF, aggregation layers, async updates, error states, partial data scenarios)
- Hands-on experience integrating UX with enterprise platforms:
Identity (SSO, MFA, role-based experiences)
CRM / case systems
Data services and APIs
- Familiarity with AI-powered UX patterns:
Chat / agent interactions
Retrieval-grounded experiences
Human-in-the-loop workflows
Explainability and confidence indicators
- Ability to design UX for asynchronous workflows (event-driven updates, delayed backend processing, reconciliation states)
- Experience defining design systems and component architectures reusable across portals and mobile
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and compliance-driven UX
- Ability to produce technical UX artifacts:
Journey maps tied to system integrations
Experience flows mapped to APIs
Wireframes with data dependencies
Error and edge-case interaction models
- Experience collaborating with architects and engineers on:
Auth flows
API contracts
Observability of user journeys
Performance-driven UX design
