As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you must develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies in 
collaboration with your hiring managers. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring strategies are 
aligned to the business objectives

·        Provide a high-level consultative approach to hiring managers regarding strategy, collaboration and 
solutions for their book of business

fully meet the position requirements of posted requisitions and refers them to the hiring manager for 
consideration
·        Coordinates and actively participates in the selection of the final candidates
·        Ensure the compensation offer is competitive, internally equitable and affordable
