Position Summary:

The Project Manager, Pharmacy Workflow Optimization is a results-driven operational leader responsible for traveling to prioritized pharmacy locations to implement standardized physical space redesigns, fixture enhancements, and workflow improvements. This role focuses on increasing operational efficiency, optimizing labor utilization, and enabling pharmacy teams to deliver elevated levels of customer service and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on-site implementation of approved space, fixture, and workflow optimization initiatives.

Assess current pharmacy layouts, processes, and staffing models to identify efficiency opportunities.

Execute standardized redesign plans to improve productivity and reduce unnecessary labor demand.

Partner with Pharmacy Directors and Operations Leadership to drive adoption and sustain improvements.

Train and coach teams on new workflows and best practices.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure labor efficiency, service levels, and operational outcomes.

Provide post-implementation follow-up to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated success leading workflow redesign or operational efficiency initiatives.

Mandatory Knowledge / Experience working in Pharmacy workflows.

Strong project management and change leadership skills.

Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%).
