Job Title: AI Architect with AWS Expertise
Location: Bloomfield, CT (Hybrid)
Visa: EAD

Note: this is a Full Time Position

Must have healthcare domain experience

Key Responsibilities:
• AI/ML Development 
  o Design and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI.
  o Optimize and fine-tune models for performance and scalability.
  o Integrate AI capabilities into web applications and APIs.
• Full Stack Development 
  o Build responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
  o Develop backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
  o Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
• Cloud & DevOps 
  o Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.).
  o Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
  o Monitor and optimize cloud resources for cost and performance.
• Collaboration & Architecture 
  o Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and UX designers.
  o Design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures.
  o Document technical designs and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• AI/ML Expertise 
  o Strong knowledge of Python and AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  o Experience with LLMs, NLP, or computer vision projects.
  o Understanding of model deployment and inference optimization.
• Frontend Development 
  o Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  o Familiarity with state management (Redux, Context API) and responsive design.
• Backend Development 
  o Strong experience with Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
  o RESTful API design and integration.
• Cloud & DevOps 
  o Hands-on experience with AWS services and serverless architectures.
  o Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Other 
  o Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
  o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Next.js SSR/SSG and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time applications.
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer)
