Systems Analyst II – Healthcare IT

Job Description:

We are seeking a Systems Analyst II with healthcare payer experience to support system analysis, production operations, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and develop functional system specifications.
• Support healthcare payer systems and identify system issues.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, and release management.
• Collaborate with business teams, developers, and vendors.
• Monitor system performance and support SLA requirements.
• Participate in rotational 24/7 on-call support.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, testing, and implementation.
• Healthcare payer systems experience required.
• Knowledge of Informatica required.
• Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
• Experience in production support and issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to participate in rotational on-call support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medicare Advantage experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Work Arrangement: Currently remote, with the possibility of a future hybrid arrangement at Detroit Towers, Detroit, Michigan.
