Job Description
We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer (Advanced) to join our team in a 100% on-site capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation, API testing, CI/CD tools, and SQL and a proven ability to design, execute, and automate test scenarios that ensure product quality and reliability. The role is not eligible for employer-sponsored immigration support.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze system specifications and requirements.
- Contribute to test plan creation and strategy.
- Prepare detailed test scenarios and document test cases.
- Collect and manage test data and create test batches.
- Execute manual and automated test cases.
- Automate regression and smoke test suites.
- Report, track, and validate defects to closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years in QA automation using tools such as Selenium or UFT.
- Hands-on API testing experience with tools or frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins and Jules.
- Proficiency in SQL for test data setup and validation.
- Basic knowledge of Python and Java for test automation scripting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- ATM domain knowledge.
- AWS exposure.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk or Grafana.
Interview Process and Work Model
- Two interview rounds: behavioral with hiring manager, technical panel. No live coding tasks.
- 100% in-office presence in Westerville, OH. Ad hoc remote options may be possible.
- Post-conversion grade: 602.
