Title: Service Now ITAM/ITSM Architect
Duration: 6+ Months of Contract with Possible extension
Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey. onsite
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Minimum 12+ overall experience and 10+ years of experience working on Service now and 2+ working as an Architect
· Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
· Custom Application Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
· Integration: Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM
- Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or other relevant certifications.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
Title: Senior Service Now Developer
Duration: Full time
Work Location: Tampa, FL onsite
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and HRSD modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events).
- Implement and enhance HRSD Case Management, HR Services, HR Templates, Topics, Assignment Rules, and Knowledge.
- Develop server side and client side scripts using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
- Configure Service Catalog, Record Producers, Notifications, SLAs, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, and email integrations.
- Support CMDB, Discovery awareness, and data integrity for ITSM processes.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, UAT support, deployment, and post production support (L2/L3).
- Handle upgrades, cloning activities, update set management, and platform best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards and technical documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands on experience with ServiceNow ITSM & HRSD implementations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
- Experience with Service Portal / Employee Center customization.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and HR service workflows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Ability to independently own modules and deliver end to end solutions.
- Certification – CSA ( Mandatory ), CIS – ITSM, HRSD ( Preferred)
