Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Web Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Design and develop responsive web and mobile application interfaces using React, React Native, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks to meet functional and user experience requirements.
Develop reusable UI components, custom libraries, and application features while integrating REST and SOAP APIs and supporting communication between presentation, business logic, and data access layers.
Implement unit tests, troubleshoot application issues, maintain code quality, and ensure accessibility compliance across web and mobile experiences using established testing practices and accessibility standards.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to coordinate application integrations, manage dependencies, support build and release activities, and deliver maintainable front-end solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Experience in front-end web and mobile application development using React, React Native, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, API integration, and automated unit testing. Experience developing accessible applications and reusable UI components is required.
Technical Skills:
React, React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, Redux, Git, UI Testing
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience supporting customer-facing web and mobile applications involving digital user journeys, interactive interfaces, and cross-platform user experiences.
Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.
Experience implementing accessible digital experiences that support users with diverse accessibility needs and comply with applicable accessibility standards.
Experience coordinating application integrations with third-party vendors, external service providers, and internal technology teams to support reliable digital service delivery.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
