About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong process engineering background to support the implementation of an enterprise contractor management solution using DEEL. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end business processes that enable a scalable and efficient contractor lifecycle.

This role requires someone who can bridge business and technology, facilitating discussions across multiple departments to transform siloed requirements into unified, enterprise-wide solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and IT to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Lead workshops and discovery sessions to align stakeholders on end-to-end business processes and system workflows.
Design and optimize scalable business processes supporting the contractor lifecycle.
Support the implementation and configuration of the DEEL contractor management platform.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and standardization.
Create business process flows, functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Coordinate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support deployment activities.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
Strong background in business process engineering, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
Experience working across multiple business functions, including HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and IT.
Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops and drive stakeholder alignment.
Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting enterprise software implementations.
