•             Senior Systems Engineer with deep virtualization and infrastructure experience to design, implement, and support reliable environments for SMB and healthcare clients. This is a remote-first role that is hands-on and customer-facing, with a strong focus on VMware and Citrix, plus Microsoft Azure, Entra ID (formerly known as Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)), and Active Directory. Experience with modern on-prem-completed platforms and enterprise hardware is a plus.

•             Comfortable collaborating asynchronously and documenting work clearly.

•             Able to join video calls during business hours and coordinate after-hours maintenance windows as needed.

•             Occasional travel is required (up to ~10%) for planned cutovers, onsite troubleshooting, client meetings, and hardware-related work. Travel is typically scheduled in advance, with exceptions for high-priority incidents.
