Location: Remote, ideally Florida; East Coast is the second preference

• Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

Job Description

Seeking a hands-on Reporting & Analytics Lead to support a large-scale SAP transformation through the Transcend program. This consultant will focus on improving and automating administrative, reporting, and catalog-management processes while working across regional and functional teams.

The role will identify time-saving opportunities, develop practical automation and reporting solutions using JIRA, Excel, and other available tools, and help establish a consolidated catalog of regional reports.

The consultant will gather business and reporting requirements, evaluate existing technologies and associated risks, and manage approved reporting solutions through development, testing, user acceptance, release, and production deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex enterprise initiatives or large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong background in process improvement, reporting, automation, and project delivery.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into actionable technical or process requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple business functions and regional stakeholder groups.
• Ability to independently create structure, establish processes, and drive initiatives through completion.

Required Skills

• Previous large consulting firm experience: Accenture, EY, Deloitte, PwC, or KPMG
• Large-scale SAP transformation / enterprise SAP program experience
• Process improvement and workflow automation
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Reporting and analytics
• Reporting catalog development and management
• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Cross-functional stakeholder management
• Project management
• Development, testing, UAT, and production release coordination
• Technology risk and dependency assessment
• Ability to work across Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience within a complex global transformation program similar to Transcend

Recruiting focus: I would prioritize candidates coming from PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, EY, or KPMG who have supported an SAP transformation within J&J, Medtronic, Stryker, Abbott, Boston Scientific, Baxter, Pfizer, Merck, or another regulated pharma/medical-device environment. The sweet spot is someone who combines SAP transformation program exposure with strong JIRA + Excel + reporting/process automation experience.
