HAM/ITAM Implementation Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a HAM/ITAM Implementation Lead in New York, NY.

Summary:
We're seeking an experienced HAM/ITAM Implementation Lead to join a large-scale ServiceNow transformation initiative. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully led HAM implementations, partnered directly with clients, and can guide stakeholders through asset management process design and operational improvements. This is a highly visible, client-facing position where you'll serve as a trusted advisor, drive requirements gathering sessions, lead workshops, and help shape the future-state asset management operating model.

What You'll Do:
* Lead ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) implementation efforts from requirements through deployment
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
* Partner with business and technical teams to define future-state asset management processes
* Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements for development teams
* Drive discussions around asset lifecycle management, inventory governance, reconciliation, and compliance
* Review solution designs and validate alignment with business objectives
* Lead client-facing meetings, provide recommendations, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation
* Collaborate with offshore development teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood and executed
* Support testing, issue resolution, and implementation activities as needed
* Work closely with CMDB, ITSM, procurement, and asset management teams to improve operational processes

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) experience
* Multiple end-to-end HAM implementation engagements
* Strong consulting background with experience leading client-facing workshops and discovery sessions
* Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
* Experience working within enterprise ServiceNow environments
* Deep understanding of: Asset lifecycle management; Inventory management; Asset reconciliation; Stockroom operations; Hardware asset governance; Compliance reporting
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:
* Exposure to Software Asset Management (SAM)
* Experience with ServiceNow instance consolidations or transformation programs
* Familiarity with CMDB, Procurement, and ITSM processes
* Prior consulting experience with a ServiceNow partner, consulting firm, or enterprise transformation initiative
* ServiceNow certifications are a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
