Experience: 15+ Years
Lead architectural discussions and solution design of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, PSDS, and others as required ensuring the ServiceNow platform meets scalability, reliability, and performance standards.
ServiceNow Expertise:
Over all 15+ years of experience and minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in a ServiceNow Architect role across various modules.
Proven experience in leading full life cycle ServiceNow implementations.
Familiarity with Performance Analytics, Service Portal, and Flow Designer within ServiceNow.
Familiarity with ServiceNow’s new release features and platform enhancements.
Certifications (Required/Preferred):
Required ServiceNow Core Certifications:
System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) with at least 2 of the following:
CIS – Customer Service Management, CIS – IT Service Management, CIS – Discovery,
CIS – Service Mapping, CIS – Software Asset Management, CIS – Hardware Asset Management
Preferred:
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA)
Three (3) ServiceNow Micro-Certifications
Skills:
Expertise in ServiceNow Development APIs for building custom solutions.
Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, and AngularJS) and workflow automation.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Expertise across advanced ServiceNow applications such as HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, Security, ITAM (HAM/SAM), SPM, GRC, and Portal/UI Builder.
ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience with data integrations using REST, SOAP, and other API methods.
Familiarity with database design and optimization within the ServiceNow environment.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow architecture, including system performance, scaling, and security.
Expertise in designing custom ServiceNow solutions and managing integrations with external systems.
Experience in building and managing ServiceNow workflows, UI pages, and dashboards.
Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, including user management, security settings, and upgrading processes.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills is essential.
Ability to understand and interpret business needs and identify appropriate business and technical solutions to meet those needs.
Proven record of successfully managing business relationships.
