Summary

Enterprise Senior Financial Analyst:

We are seeking an Enterprise Senior Financial Analyst with 7–10 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably combining Big 4/CPA firm and corporate accounting experience. This role will support globally consolidated financial reporting, technical accounting, financial analysis, and reporting for senior leadership in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities & Required Qualifications:

7–10 years of accounting/finance experience.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial statements, technical accounting, and/or SEC reporting.
Big 4/Regional CPA firm and corporate accounting experience preferred.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with financial systems and process improvement.
CPA certification or advanced degree preferred; HFM experience is a plus.
Hybrid position; Dallas, TX or other Client office locations.
Prepare, review, and analyze consolidated financial statements and reports under US GAAP.
Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions and support global reporting teams.
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses to C-Suite and corporate leadership.
Partner with Treasury and FP&A on quarterly financial forecasts.
Lead process improvements, special projects, and internal control initiatives.
Maintain financial policies, procedures, and process documentation.
Utilize HFM for financial reporting, analysis, and consolidation activities.
Support Corporate Controller, Investor Relations, SEC Reporting, and FP&A teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
