In this highly visible technical leadership role, you will serve as the premier Subject Matter Expert for advanced wireless charging architectures. Operating within a dedicated research and development incubator, you will drive product innovation from conceptual design through global full-scale production. What You’ll Do
Architect cutting-edge hardware solutions and power electronics configurations specifically optimized for high-efficiency wireless power transfer (WPT) systems.
Champion research and development initiatives within an elite, dedicated technology team to explore, prototype, and implement emerging global wireless charging protocols and standards.
Design and refine critical electrical subsystems, including transmitter/receiver coils, power conversion topologies, digital design integration, and control circuits.
Synthesize complex systems performance data utilizing advanced simulation and modeling platforms to maximize energy transfer and drastically reduce charging latency.
Forge strategic alliances with tier-1 technology partners and silicon suppliers, investigating vendor roadmaps to integrate pioneering architectures ahead of market demand.
Drive cross-functional collaboration alongside embedded software, firmware, and systems engineering teams to guarantee flawless hardware-software synthesis.
Represent the organization on influential international engineering councils, standardization committees, and industry consortiums.
Deploy functional mockups and advanced prototypes for strategic presentations, executing technical design reviews and roadmap showcases directly with key automotive OEMs.
What You Bring
Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
Domain Expertise: 8 to 20 years of progressive experience in sophisticated electrical and electronics hardware design, with a heavy emphasis on power electronics.
Technical Mastery: Deep fundamental knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, magnetic field dynamics, and circuit-level simulation platforms.
Analytical Excellence: Proven track record utilizing advanced modeling, rigorous data collection, statistical analysis, and robust validation methodologies.
Industry Standards: Proficient navigating complex engineering requirements frameworks, with prioritized expertise in ASPICE 3.1 and familiarity with ISO 26262 Functional Safety compliance.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex electronic architectures and long-term tech roadmaps clearly to both highly technical engineering groups and executive commercial partners.
Compensation & Total Rewards
Core Compensation: Competitive annual base salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000, tailored to depth of technical experience.
